Our Staff

Dan Butler is originally from Cedar Grove, New Jersey.   He received his undergraduate degree from Seton  Hall University and received his Master’s degree in Audiology from the University of Florida in 1980 (don’t hold that against him).  Dan relocated to Knoxville and joined the ENTCET staff in 2002.  He is the director of Audiology and is currently at the Parkwest office.

Stephanie Galloway is originally from Asheville, NC, and relocated to Knoxville in 2001. She received her undergraduate degree from NC State in 1994 and her Doctorate degree in Audiology from the University of Tennessee in 2005. Stephanie has been a member of the ENTCET staff for four years and is now working at the Parkwest office full time.

Jill Gresham is a native of Lenoir City, Tennessee, where she currently resides. Jill received her Master’s degree from the University of Louisville in 1996 and her Doctorate degree in Audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences in 2003 and has been a member of the ENTCET staff for almost four years. Jill is now working at the Park West office in the mornings and the Lenoir City office in the afternoons.

Courtney Pitner is the most recent addition to our staff. Courtney is from northeast Mississippi and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi.  She has lived in Knoxville for four years now, where she has been attending the University of Tennessee Doctorate program in Audiology. She joined our practice in May and is at our Park West location full time.

Janis Ragsdale is originally from North Canton, Ohio. She received her undergraduate degree in 1987 and Master’s Degree in Audiology in 1989 from the University of Akron. She has lived in Knoxville for 19 years now. She has also been with our office for 19 years. Janis is located at our Fort Sanders Regional office full time.
